The Good Move (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

- Contact and job details you provide through our quote form or by email: your name, email address, pickup and drop-off locations, and a description of the items to be delivered.
- Payment information, processed securely by our third-party payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Basic technical data your browser sends when you visit the site (such as IP address and pages viewed), used to keep the site working and secure.
How we use it
We use your information only to provide quotes, arrange and complete deliveries, communicate with you about your job, process payment, and keep records as required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only as needed to run the service — for example, with our payment processor to take payment — or where required by law. Our payment processing is handled by a PCI-compliant third-party provider under its own privacy terms.
Retention
We keep job and transaction records for as long as necessary to provide the service and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
